Out of Stock Items - We are currently out of  PM1836 - 18" x 36" Desk Mats and MP910WR. We are expecting more to arrive on Tuesday, September, 22 2020. 

September 8, 2020

PM1836 - 18" x 36" Desk Mats have arrived and have been shipping.  We will see another shortage in the next couple days and expect more in next week.  We are working with the manufacturer of the raw material to increase capacity and are hopefully to have a steady supply by the end of this month.

Out of Stock Items - We are currently out of the PM1836 - 18" x 36" Desk Mats. We expect more to arrive by Monday, August 31, 2020. We are also out of the TPIL1818 - Chenille Throw Pillowcase and this item has been discontinued.

Upcoming Closure - We will be closed on Friday, July 3rd, 2020 in observance of the 4th of July Holiday in the US. Please note this day will not count as a production day, so please make sure you plan accordingly and let your customer know.

Production Update - We are still working to get 100% of the delayed orders out ASAP.  We currently have 0.6% of orders that are 9+ days late and 8.6% of orders are 5+ days late.  We feel confident in saying if you place an order today please take into account we are running around 5-7 days late on sewing orders and 3 days late on all other orders. It is our intent to ship your order more quickly but it would be best to prepare for delays. We truly appreciate your patience with us as we do our best to provide accurate production and shipping status.

Production Update - Thank you for your continued understanding as we work to recover from the restrictions placed on us by COVID-19. We have been working nonstop to increase our output so we can get our lead times back in order. Currently, we are running 12-14 BUSINESS days (Saturday and Sunday and holidays are not counted) late on sewing orders and 7 BUSINESS days late on other orders. We are working as diligently as possible to reduce these numbers as quickly as possible.

Shipping - Due to a higher than expected demand on the shipping infrastructure, nearly all carriers have exceeded their package expectations. Due to that, staffing reductions and certain restrictions in place due to COVID-19 please expect higher than usual delays in transit times. Once a package leaves our facility there is very little we can do to ensure your customers will receive their order by the projected delivery date. Often, the tracking information you receive is the exact same tracking we look at so unfortunately, we will not have any additional information to provide. We ask that you prepare your customers with this information so they will also be aware. We are confident the packages will arrive, we just can't predict the exact time frame.

Production - Currently around 1% of orders are getting to the 5+ days late status and most of those involve sewing.  We would suggest a safe lead time to pass along to your customers would be 5-7 days later that the 8 business day normal production on some items.

International Shipping - Canada Post and Customs are staffing at about 40% so they are a bit behind in clearance and delivery. Please expect longer than normal delays of orders delivering to Canada.

Production - Thank you for your tremendous support and understanding as we are working through these unprecedented times.  Last week was very promising as we were able to increase our production output by 30%. We are optimistic that we will continue to be able to add capacity and believe that if order volume stays consistent we will be able to keep up with the current demand and we should be able to start reducing our lead times back to normal.  Here is some data to show where we are:
89.5% of orders are shipping on time
96.3% of orders are shipping 3 days late or sooner
99.6% of orders are shipping 5+ days late or sooner

Production - The number of incoming orders continue to outpace the number of orders we are able to get out with the restrictions still in place. As of today, we are approximately 4 business days behind schedule. We are working as much as humanly possible to get caught up. Note that these delays are not on every order and when the order runs through without needing changes or reprints, we are seeing those go out early in some cases. We just want to make sure you know what to expect in limited circumstances.

Mother's Day - We are currently 4 business days behind on production as of today on some orders. Due to our current production volumes and the restrictions to the staff we can have we are not able to guarantee and orders to arrive in time for Mother's Day. We encourage you to notify customers to place their orders as soon as possible and we hope that perspective will win out.

Shipping | FedEx International - FedEx recently announced a temporary surcharge on all FedEx Express international parcel and freight shipments beginning April 6th.

Production - We are still taking orders and are working around the clock. We have removed the 4-Day RUSH Production option in an attempt to get caught up. Right now some orders are running about 2 to 3 days behind schedule. Sewing items are currently the most behind.

Products - There is currently a base material shortage on the material used to make the cardboard puzzles we offer. Once we run out of our current stock we do not have a good ETA on when we might have more.  This will affect the SPUZ30, SPUZ80 and SPUZ252 products. We have approximately 700 of each size in stock that we hope will last us through the pandemic.

FedEx Shipping - FedEx has suspended money-back guarantee for all FedEx Express, FedEx Ground, FedEx Freight and FedEx Office services effective immediately until further notice. They have also suspended Signature Required for most shipments.

Production -To do our best to manage that we have decided that until our national, state, and local governments can give us the all-clear, we have suspended the 24-hour rush and 2-day rush options production. Should other steps need to be taken we will update you as soon as possible.

Please note that during this time we have moved all staff that is not directly involved in the production of products to their homes for safety.
